ModPop is a zero-risk retail incubator for Phoenix’s emerging fashion designers, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds. Laura needed a brand that could actually compete for designer attention and customer loyalty, but more importantly, position ModPop as serious infrastructure for serious talent. The work spanned complete branding, website, and merchandise including signage, bags, stickers, and print products.
We built an identity system that feels editorial and polished without trying too hard. Steel blue, warm roses, and muted greens sit alongside bold imagery and refined typography, creating something that signals both high fashion and real community investment. Every touchpoint from storefront signage to shopping bags reinforces the same promise: you belong here, and we’re invested in your success.
The website positions ModPop as the accessible alternative to gatekept retail, and the merchandise turns every interaction into proof that this is actually a space built for emerging designers on their own terms.
